FAQ

When will I get my product?
No item will be processed prior to receiving payment. Once payment is rendered, a proof will be provided within 48-72 hours (unless otherwise noted) from the time the order is placed. When artwork is approved, your product will go into production. Lead times and shipping transits vary among products. Contact ViMax for more details.

What is an imprint?
An imprint is the area on the product that features your custom information, such as your store name, logo, slogan etc.

Why is there a set up fee?
The set up fee covers proofs, imprint changes and the process of customizing the product(s).

NOTE: You can reference the same PO for up to 2 years, which will avoid a set-up fee for re-orders.

How should I send my logo?
You may upload your logo online when placing an order, or you may email your logo to
promos@vimaxpublishing.net and include your name, contact information and the item(s) you wish to order.

When will I see a proof?
Proofs will be emailed or faxed within 48-72 hours (unless otherwise noted) from the time the order is placed. Payment must be received prior to any processing of an order.

NOTE: Production may be delayed for order clarification.

Can I order less than the minimum requirement?
Some products do offer a less than minimum option for a charge of $60.00. Quantities cannot be less than half of the lowest quantity listed. Contact ViMax to find out if less than minimum is available on a product.

Can I cancel my order?
There is $30.00 cancellation charge once an order is placed. Orders cannot be canceled once customization has begun.

What other charges may apply?
All products with added color and/or multiple location placement of an imprint may result in additional charges. Decorating charges on hats and apparel may vary depending on color, size and location of the imprint.

No additional cost will be added to your order without authorization.

How and when do I pay?
Payment must be rendered at the time the order is placed. Authorized forms of payment include Visa, MasterCard or check.

Credit card payments may be made online at the time of purchase, or by phone. A charge will appear on your statement prior to shipping as ViMax Publishing.

Do you offer virtual samples?
Virtual samples are available, free of charge. Please contact ViMax Promos for details.

Can I obtain a sample of a product prior to ordering?
We are able to send out samples on most products. To request a sample, contact ViMax Promos.
